URB-E: The world's most compact e-vehicle

As the title says: URB-E is a compact transportation device. Its looks a like a mini bike that is compactable enough take with you on a bus or train. Its currently being funded on Indiegogo for about $299 to start but will eventually cost $799 or $1599. That seems pretty price high but for what the thing can do which is go about 20miles distance off an hour charge at 15mph. I've recently started riding the bus and this would be nice alternative to not having to wait for another bus and being able to go the last 5miles to work quicker. Hit the video below for more info.
